What is ACP Sheet?

ACP sheet or Aluminium Composite Panel is a new-age cladding material that’s used for building front elevation (facades), interiors, signage, modular kitchen and many more. It is available in a wide range of colours and textures like wood, stone, sand, 3D etc. And it can be bent, folded and turned into shapes that can’t be achieved by any other material. SARAY Aluboard 4 mm

Aluboard panels are developed by bonding the two corrosive resistant aluminium plates using polyethylene in between. The front aluminum is painted with Polyester paint, and the reverse surface is dyed with epoxy polyester.

- It is advertising material and should not be used on exterior surfaces.

SARAY Aluboard 3 mm

Aluboard panels are developed by bonding the two corrosive resistant aluminium plates using polyethylene in between. The front aluminum is painted with Polyester paint, and the reverse surface is dyed with epoxy polyester.

SARAY Aluface

B2 grade normal material. Outside surface 0.35 mm PVDF/ Nano PVDF coated aluminium sheet, 3.3mm low density polyethylene core, backside 0.35 mm epoxy polyester coated aluminium sheet and totally 4mm thickness. Has 20 years of color warranty with superior PVDF coating.

SARAY B2

Saray ACP consists of a white-coloured low density polyethylene core bonded between two Aluminium alloy sheets. Aluminium sheets can be coated with PVDF or Polyester paint.

Applications of Saray ACPs are not limited to external building cladding, but can also be used in any form of cladding such as partitions, false ceilings etc. Aluminium Composite Panels are also widely used within the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates.
